As a divorce coach and parent educator I understand how incredibly challenging divorce can be especially when children are involved. It is very normal for separating and divorcing parents to struggle with lots of questions and worries. Questions you desperately need to have answered but you may not know where to turn.

Most of us feel like we should be able to handle whatever life throws our direction and spend a lot of time beating ourselves up when we aren't doing the best job. The truth is anyone can lose their way from time to time. When this happens you may need someone to offer you another perspective, guide you towards focusing on solutions, not problems and supporting you to be the best parent/person you can be.

Divorce doesn't end your life but it definitely changes it. How you handle those changes is what makes the difference.

I help parents:
+ gain perspective on their situations
+ develop practical solutions to difficult problems
+ see possibilities while managing change
+ tap into their strengths as a parent and a person
+ move from feeling helpless to feeling in control of their lives

Together we will also spend time sorting through your own personal feelings about divorce. We will look for positive ways to deal with these feelings, allowing you to honor yourself while staying focused on your children’s best interest.

You can move through this process with integrity and build opportunities for you and your children to thrive.

How does coaching work?
Parents usually fall into two categories, those who are looking to make significant changes and want support over a period of time and those who are interested in focused short-term support (usually not more than a session or two).

While each coaching relationship is different and unique, in general, once you decide to work with me, we schedule a mutually convenient time to meet by phone. During the first phone call we spend some time discussing what you want and what you can expect from me. Together we will identify issues and develop strategies for dealing with those issues. Usually you leave the first phone call with ideas you can put into action as soon as you hang up the phone.

While my professional background is diverse, coaching sessions are not designed to deal with therapeutic issues or provide legal advice. Getting the right kind of help is important. If you have additional needs or if I feel another coach or professional would be a better fit for you, I won't hesitate to recommend other possible options.

Coaching Fees
Fees are $150 USD per 50-60 minute session. One time coaching or joint co-paenting sessions are $175 USD for the first 50 minutes. Additional time is billed in 15 minute increments.

Between sessions, when needed "light support" is available by either email or telephone at no additional charge.

*All international clients will be charged in US dollars. Fees will be converted by your banking institution to the appropriate currency at the current exchange rate.
