Service Authorization Agreement

BILLING INFORMATION

Payment for all sessions will be processed via PayPal unless other arrangements have been made with Christina McGhee. Charges will be billed after each session and are due once the invoice has been issued.

AGREEMENT

I understand that divorce and children, LLC will invoice me in accordance with the services I have selected.

Options for working with Christina and the cost of your investment are listed below:

Ongoing individual coaching: $150.00 per 60-minute session
Best fit for parents dealing with complicated situations or ongoing issues. Typically, it involves a series of sessions (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) over a longer period of time (3 to 6 months)
Joint Co-Parenting Coaching $200.00 per 60-minute session
Joint sessions involve both co-parents meeting with Christina together on an ongoing basis for a series of sessions.

Any additional time beyond a normal 60-minute session will be billed in 15-minute intervals at the rate associated with the service you have selected.

I realize that divorce can be extremely expensive and financially taxing on families. It’s important to me that you receive the support you need when you need it. Should there be any substantial changes in your financial situation, please discuss them with me before making decisions about your ongoing involvement in coaching. I am open to being creative and exploring options if things change for you.
