It's normal to feel overwhelmed and unprepared for all the changes divorce throws your way.
Let’s face it parenting all on its own is tough. When you add divorce to the mix, it can feel like everything (and I mean everything) is coming undone.
That's why I've teamed up with Harris Law Firm.
Together, we want to make sure you're getting the support you need
when you need it most.

What is coaching ?
Coaching is a process that's designed to help you get from where you are now to where you want to be. In short, it's a partnership between me and you. Together we'll identify what needs to change and develop strategies for making those important changes happen.
While we may dig deep, unlike therapy, we won’t spend time taking apart the past. Instead, we'll focus on the future and develop clear steps for taking action.
My goal is to help parents get life back on track in the shortest amount of time possible. I do that by offering co-parents immediate support, insight into how divorce feels for their kids, tools for responding instead of reacting and feedback that allows you see beyond the moment.
Coaching helps you re-connect to your best self and align with your highest co-parenting values so you can be the parent your children need during this very tough time.
How does coaching work?
Easy and convenient, coaching happens by phone. Where we start is up to you.
During your call, I'll help you identify your most pressing concerns and talk you through practical strategies for dealing with the issues you're facing.
Along with gaining insight and skills, you'll leave the call with ideas and tools you can put into practice as soon as you hang up the phone.
While every situation is different, usually the parents I work with fall into two categories.
- Those who want to invest in longer-term change (3 to 6 months) or
- Those who want focused support (usually not more than a session or two)
Once you decide to work with me, we schedule a mutually convenient time to meet by phone.
Again, how long we work together is up to you.
Getting the right kind of help is important. If you have additional needs or if I feel another coach or professional would be a better fit for you, I won’t hesitate to recommend other options.
